Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities: Lead and support Installation and Operational Qualification (IOQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities for new and existing equipment. Develop and maintain SOPs, PM procedures, and equipment specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize:
Material cleaning systems Collaborative robots (e.g., automated palletizers) EFD lubrication systems Cognex vision systems for inspection and label verification
Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of:
Automated Box Erectors Zebra printers and label applicators Semi-Automatic Case Formers and Sealers Checkweighers Automated Stretch Wrappers
Conduct equipment characterization and performance analysis. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills: Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field. 2+ years of experience in equipment validation or automation in a regulated industry. Familiarity with IOQ, OQ, PQ protocols and documentation. Experience with Cognex vision systems, collaborative robotics, and packaging automation. Preferred:
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or food manufacturing environments. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
