Technician 1
We are seeking a skilled Technician 1 to perform rack and stack installations of various RF components. You will be responsible for reading and following wiring and routing diagrams, as well as routing and connecting all necessary cable connections. You will adhere to company standards and procedures, utilizing both basic hand tools and material handling equipment. Responsibilities
Perform rack and stack installations of RF components such as coax, connectors, grounding, cable supports, splitters, fiber optic cable, CAT6 cable, and other components. Read and follow wiring and routing diagrams accurately. Route and connect all cable connections as required. Adhere to company standards and procedures. Use tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, drills, laptops, digital multi-meters, label makers, and ladders effectively. Utilize and integrate LEAN practices into daily work, including participation in Kaizen Events, A3 Documentation, 5S practices, and One Piece Flow. Essential Skills
Proficiency in electronics and wiring. Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams. Experience with hand tools and assembly. Knowledge of electrical inspection and quality control. Understanding of production processes and blueprint reading. Experience with CAT6 cable installation and lean manufacturing. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with rack and stack installations. Capability to follow wiring diagrams. Proficiency in using both hand and power tools. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
