Billing Analyst
Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 47 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 9,500 miles of pipeline and over 100 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership's fuel distribution operations, which serve approximately 10,000 convenience stores, independent dealers, commercial customers, and distributors. Sunoco LP is looking for a Non-Fuel Billing Analyst to join our Operational Accounting team in Dallas, TX. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensures that all billing calculations are correct before sending invoices to customers. Research and respond to billing inquiries within established turnaround times. Analyze and complete all non-billed requests within the accounting system. Maintain recurring charges and non-inventory billings. Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments as well as external customers. Understand billing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement. Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below: Education: Bachelor's degree required Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel required Preferred qualifications: Some Billing, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger experience is preferred. Experience with SAP, Power BI, Alteryx, or Robotic Process Automation tools is a plus.
