Develops exercise prescription and oversees exercise progression in patients with chronic diseases. Leads team members by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree Exercise Physiology required or Bachelor's Degree Kinesiology required or Master's Degree Exercise Physiology preferred. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No. Experience: Previous experience working in an acute care hospital/cardiac rehabilitation program 2-3 years preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Skillfully utilize and maintain specialized equipment, devices and computer program. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Mentors and train staff. Knowledge of acceptable ranges of blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation and EKG and reports any abnormal values to RN. Strong customer service mindset. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently with only general supervision. Physical Requirements
