Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a CNC Operator responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. Key Responsibilities Load material, cycle machine, remove parts, load parts on and designated parts rack, check malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. Runs production lots, communicates with co-workers regarding production runs, and maintains a safe, organized, clean work environment. Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications. Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances. Maintains logs and records of units produced, including errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces. Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance. Assists in other work areas as needed. Required Qualifications Ability to follow directions and work well in a team Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment High school diploma or equivalent required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Ability to follow directions and work well in a team Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs and documentation Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations Experience working with fiberglass 2-3 years of experience as a CNC Operator using a 3-Axis machine Work Environment

Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature, reaching over 100 degrees Fahrenheit at times. Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time. The employee is frequently required to walk, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb into and out of the boats using stairs. The employee must frequently be able to lift 50 pounds, work 10-hour days with most of the time being on their feet, and work overtime, whether planned or unplanned. EEO Statement
