Temporary Operations Assistant

Our Operations team keeps the wheels turning and we're looking for a friendly, detail-loving go-getter to help us keep things running smoothly! This is a temporary, entry-level role perfect for someone who's organized, curious, and ready to jump in wherever help is needed. As our Temporary Operations Assistant, you'll work 2 days per week in our Seattle home office (preferably TuesdayThursday) at $25/hour. This role is expected to last approximately 6 months. What You'll Do:
Assist in processing orders, invoices, or service requests Perform data entry, file management, and basic record-keeping Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and tracking systems Answer emails or phone calls, directing inquiries to the right team members Assist with inventory tracking or supply ordering as needed Support ongoing projects with research, document preparation, or follow-up Perform other administrative or operational support tasks as assigned Who You Are:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus!) Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Eye for detail, you notice the little things others might miss Strong multitasking skills without losing accuracy Friendly, clear communication skills Dependable and ready to meet deadlines Sugar Mountain has created the Beecher's Foundation, a non-profit funded by a portion of sales from companies under the Sugar Mountain umbrella. Aimed at educating people about the prevalence of food additives and their possible health risks, the Foundation is about giving people the tools they need to make healthy eating choices for life.
