This New College Grad will support the Global Communications and Marketing team with content development, including and not limited to, social media calendars, blogs, PR announcements, and co-marketing with GF's customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a background in communications or marketing via corporate or agency experience with an interest in highly technical subjects such as semiconductors, AI, and manufacturing. The objective of this role is to develop external content that showcases GF's broad product portfolio and manufacturing expertise to our customers and partners. Essential Responsibilities: Assist in the creation of press releases, technical blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media posts, and other written materials. Work with internal subject matter experts to gather information for content development, helping to translate complex technical concepts into engaging narratives. Support the development of thought leadership content, such as bylined articles and expert commentary, to position company executives as industry leaders and help amplify through social media. Coordinate co-marketing and content creation with external partners and customers. Help edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with the company's messaging. Manage the internal editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content and alignment with upcoming PR opportunities. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, end markets, and other engineering functions, to ensure PR and content initiatives align with product launches and technical messaging. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for PR campaigns, content themes, social media, and media outreach. Performance tracking & optimization: Track and report on the performance of content marketing initiatives across web and social, helping to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Report on content metrics to key stakeholders and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement. Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in content writing, ideally in a technical or B2B environment. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor writing to a variety of audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Loomly). Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal). Preferred Qualifications: Strong project management skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. Strong planning & organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Expected Salary Range $47,300.00 - $84,400.00 The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
