Job Title: Associate Director, DUPIXENT Payer Analytics and Insights Lead – USLocation: Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJAbout the JobAssociate Director, Dupixent Payer Analytics and Insights Lead will be a key contributor to Sanofi’s growing flagship brand Dupixent. This position will be responsible for supporting the establishment of an integrated DUPIXENT payer analytics strategy, platform, and process to support macro and account-level new indication launch strategy planning, performance assessment, pull through strategy and execution. This position will be part of center of excellence within the Dupixent Value and Access Team, working closely with the US Account Management, Market Access Excellence, US Market Access Shared Services (e.g., Pricing and Analytics), Data Management, and Brand Business Analytics Teams. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.This position reports to Director, Dupixent Payer Analytics and Insights Lead.Main Responsibilities:Support integrated payer analytics strategy and tactical execution planSupport integrated Dupixent Payer Analytics Platform across IQVIA, Customer, and Government Data systemsImprove payer analytic methodology based on market access and brand business needsMaintain payer performance metrics and communication cadenceSupport pricing and contracting analytics as needed in partnership with Pricing TeamProvide analytics support on payer analytics to Dupixent Value and Access TA Leads and brand team

Manage vendor execution in collaboration with V&A LeadsEnsuring compliance with government regulations and company processesFlexibility to take on other responsibilities, as needed by the business over timeAbout YouBasic Qualifications:BA, BS or equivalent required in business analytics, finance, economics, and other relevant disciplines; graduate degree preferred5-7+ years of payer analytics experience with IQVIA, MMIT, EMR, and/or other types of insurance claims databases
