Job Overview OBGYN Physician:
Join our client's healthcare team in Newark, NJ, as an OBGYN Physician. This role involves providing comprehensive women s health services according to ACOG guidelines and company policies. The position requires flexibility with travel across multiple locations.
Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000/year
Location: Newark, NJ (Must Travel to Multiple Locations)
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday
Responsibilities as the OBGYN Physician:

Responsibilities as the OBGYN Physician:
- Primary Care : Provide primary care and women s health services.
- Case Histories : Prepare and review case histories, obtaining data through patient interviews.
- On-Call Participation : Participate in the provider on-call schedule.
- Office Procedures : Perform office-based procedures and educate patients on their importance.
- Medical Records : Maintain accurate and legible medical records in compliance with company policies.
- Medication and Therapy : Prescribe medications and therapies for treatment and preventative care.
- Policy Development : Assist in developing department policies and procedures.
- Invoice Collection : Collect in-patient invoices and submit them to the CMO s office timely.
- Meetings and Initiatives : Participate in department and clinical services meetings, health initiatives, and collaboratives.
- Education : Medical Doctor/Doctor of Osteopathy with a valid NJ license to practice medicine (NJ CDS, federal DEA, and NPI).
- Certification : Board Eligible/Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Knowledge : Considerable knowledge of state and federal public health laws related to medicine.
