Your Role as a Cook As a key member of our Food and Nutritional Services (FANS) team, youll play an essential part in providing high-quality, nutritious meals with care and precision:
- Follow culinary production records for both patient and retail food
- Small batch or cook-to-order production to ensure freshness and temperature
- Prepare therapeutic and regular meals in alignment with dietary guidelines
- Support cafe and catering operations, including setup and garnishing
- Assist with food prep/pulls for upcoming service days
Qualifications
What Youll Bring:
Required:
- At least 1 year of foodservice experience in a high-volume culinary environment
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Culinary Certification
