Description
Albion College invites applications for the Assistant Director for Peer Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction position. As a member of the Cutler Center, the Assistant Director for Peer Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction is responsible for the design and implementation of student success services across campus with particular focus on STEM disciplines. This work includes providing appropriate tutoring and supplemental instruction services, responding to alerts in the College-wide case management system, and developing and implementing programming to proactively support the success of students as necessary. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with sensitivity and confidentiality. Must contribute to a campus climate that emphasizes a commitment to working with individuals and groups from a variety of identities, cultures and backgrounds.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study required, Master's Degree in a STEM field preferred;
- Three years of experience providing academic support to students in a college setting preferred;
- Experience with supplemental instruction is preferred;
- Experience teaching at the college level and conducting workshops is preferred.
