This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in recruiting who wants to work on the highest paying searches across Silicon Valley and Wall Street, whilst building a rolodex of the world’s most sought-after talent (research scientists from top AI labs, quantitative researchers & traders from leading hedge funds, STEM PhDs from Ivy League/equivalent universities, etc.)
Source talent using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, company database, referrals, and your growing network.
Screen and interview talent for roles including (but not limited to) Senior Portfolio Manager, Quantitative Researcher/Trader, Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Research Engineer, etc.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the hedge fund and quantitative finance space.
1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a staffing or agency environment.
~ Exposure to technology or capital markets/finance recruiting is strongly preferred; strong interest in tech and hedge fund industries is a must.
~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with multiple competing priorities.
~ Proficient with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
~ Competitive base salary or draw plus uncapped commission structure.
