LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Tooling Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in driving efficiency, precision, and cost-effectiveness across production processes.
Design and refine tooling for aluminum component manufacturing.
Collaborate with production teams to assess and improve tooling performance.
Select materials and fabrication techniques aligned with product and volume requirements.
Support new product development through feasibility studies and prototype tooling.
Ensure tooling compliance with safety, dimensional, and surface quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including CAD files and revision histories.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
~Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
~ Familiarity with quality systems and manufacturing documentation.
