We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our team and take ownership of full lifecycle application development. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, while designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications using .NET technologies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring delivery excellence across projects and aligning solutions with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead full systems lifecycle activities including analysis, technical requirements, architecture, design, coding, testing, and implementation. Drive and oversee application development initiatives to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence. Design and develop application components, RESTful APIs, and manage data architecture to meet project and business requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including OOP and SOLID principles. Promote and support integration of emerging technologies into development efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and decision-making. Participate in cloud solution development and deployment using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Guide and contribute to unit testing and service testing to ensure code quality and reliability. Required Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on development experience in .NET/.NET Core. 5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming and applying SOLID principles. 3+ years of experience in developing RESTful APIs. 3+ years of experience with databases and writing stored procedures. 3+ years of experience in unit testing and service testing using frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, etc. 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
