Transaction Management Ops Analyst

Job Title- Transaction Management Ops Analyst Duration- 12 months contract (This is a hybrid role (3-days on-site / 2-days WFH)) Pay- $23.44 / hr W2 Job Role- Reconciliation & Escalations : Manage and resolve discrepancies in dividend ledger accounts and daily outages related to trades, corporate actions, and non-trade transactions; act as a point of escalation for mutual fund and alternative investment issues. Operational Processing : Execute and oversee daily workflows across systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of dividend distributions, wire / check payments, and reconciliation support for high-value securities. Assist with risk management and audit activities by identifying issues, supporting exam preparations, and recommending mitigation strategies to minimize exposure and improve controls. Research & Root Cause Analysis : Investigate complex operational issues or requests to determine root cause and implement effective remediation; engage with Financial Advisors, Investment Managers, and other internal / external partners. Process Improvement & Documentation : Evaluate operational procedures and recommend enhancements; support procedural documentation updates and participate in system testing and platform enhancements. Product Knowledge & Strategic Initiatives : Maintain awareness of mutual fund / alternative investment platform changes; contribute to project work, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts tied to transaction management operations. Required Skills : 2–3 years in reconciliation, billing, trading support, or project management within financial services Strong written / verbal communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Familiarity with Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, and Managed Products Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-risk, high-value environment
