About the Role Position Summary This position focuses on Management of Technical Excellence & Finance by working closely with the Operations Director and is often trusted with complex duties and sensitive information. In addition to general administrative tasks, this position may oversee scheduling meetings, taking minutes during sessions, maintaining databases, and producing reports or presentations for their executive leadership. The Objectives of this role include: Stakeholder Management Business Acumen Operational & Technical Excellence Financials & Revenue Generation Position Responsibility Operational & Technical Excellence: [70%] Assist the Business leader in facilitating effective business-making. Create systems and processes to streamline operations, which includes updating dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators. Develop & monitor KPIs by providing key insights into Operational Performance, enabling informed decision-making. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and report the business performance. Assume day-to-day responsibility of the projects and tasks, which includes setting leader’s strategic priorities and managing leader’s time. Validate standards & ensure focus thrives on operational aspects to deliver engineering excellence in terms of reliability, performance & cost. Oversee project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and ensure optimization within set budgets from an operational perspective. Plan and coordinate arrangements for professional conferences; review, proofread and edit documents. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation & forecasting. Prepare financial models to assess the viability of new initiatives, forecast financial outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. Apply best practices on Operational Excellence to ensure organizational goals are met through multiple growth revenues. What do we need from you? Pre-Requisites - Years of Experience/Educational & Technical Qualifications: Engineering Graduate - Must have / MBA - Must Have [Tier 1 Institute only].
