$1,990 - $2,130 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Washington nursing license preferred) Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment ER Nurse Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department Perform rapid assessments and prioritize care for patients with varying acuity Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by providers Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members Accurately document all patient care activities in the EMR Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
