36 Nursing Shift:
5x8-hour day shifts; variable start times; call required on nights, weekends, and holidays Estimated Weekly Salary:
$1,990 - $2,130 per week Housing:
Shared housing provided (no guests or pets; car required) PACU RN Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN license At least 1 year of recent PACU nursing experience BLS certification (AHA) Ability to take call on nights, weekends, and holidays Current flu vaccine required Compliance with onboarding requirements: background check, health screenings, skills checklist, references, resume PACU Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to post-anesthesia patients in the PACU Monitor patient vital signs and assess recovery progress Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for safe patient transitions Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions Respond to emergencies and provide critical interventions as needed Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies
