Experience: Minimum 1 year License: PA license or compact license required Certifications: OASIS preferred
Must-Have: COVID-19 Vaccine Required Flu Vaccine Required
Description: Location: Servicing designated counties in the region. Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30, with every 6th weekend rotation. Candidates will be reviewed clinically to determine fit. If clinical criteria are met and within guidelines, candidates will be referred for final decision. Minimum experience of 1 year is required. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with the required charting system is necessary. Candidates may care for COVID patients. This is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility. A maximum of 7 days of requested time off is accepted. No call requirements are included. Holidays may be needed as per schedule. Floating requirements do not apply. Local candidates may be offered at a lower base rate. Preferred charting experience includes EPIC. Pairs are welcome, but matched schedules cannot be guaranteed. Candidates must comply with all vaccination requirements. Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. The daily census may vary. The number of visits per day is approximately 6. The facility supports interdisciplinary teamwork. Candidates should be familiar with various therapeutic techniques and procedures.
