Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing healthcare team at our Memorial City location. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize various physical therapy equipment and modalities
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
Participate in regular team meetings and care planning sessions
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum
One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferred
Current state of Texas license, CPR certification
Outgoing and energetic personality
