in the Casper, Wyoming area to join our team of dedicated rehabilitation specialists.

This
full-time position , with a
competitive rate and comprehensive benefits package , will allow you to work collaboratively with a supportive team of therapists and nursing staff in an environment built on integrity and progressive, ethical care. Job Summary:
The
Occupational Therapist (OT)
will evaluate, plan, treat, and provide direct patient care services using standard occupational therapy practices and procedures. The Occupational Therapist will also be responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes in condition, and other pertinent information as required. Duties/Responsibilities: Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to improve independence in daily living skills, restore function, and promote safety. Ensure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care. Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic activities and adaptive equipment to maximize functional independence. Measure and record patients' functional abilities, range of motion, strength, and progress toward goals. Monitor patient responses to treatment and modify interventions as necessary. Complete documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations. Skills: SNF/Long Term Care experience preferred Current knowledge of occupational therapy treatment practices and adaptive equipment Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities and diagnoses Required Licensure: Current License as an
Occupational Therapist
in the State of Wyoming. Must be in good standing.
