About The Position ID: 71875611 Shift: 12H Nights 7p-730a, weekends as needed, first to float Description: Unit Therapy Nampa Hospital Flr 3NICU or Adult ICU position- prefer Adult skillset# treatments per day points system- 28 procedures for 8 hoursCerts (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP?) RRT or CRT andAdults: BLS ACLS, Neonatal: NRPTypes of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?) RT will either be working with Adults or NICU patients not cares for ER, MS Tele, ICU orNeonatal L2 NICU + deliveries, and newbornWhat areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.)Inpatient and EDExperience or 'Must have' skillsEither do ICU cares for adults or Neonatal L2 NICU + deliveries1 year of ADULT ICU or NICU experience.Open to first time travelersPrefer Epic experienceJob Duties (i.e.: Do RTs draw ABGs, perform EKGs, etc.)ABGs- draw and analyze, breathing Tx, bronchopulmonary hygiene therapies (opep, vest therapy, etc) BiPAP, CPAP, vents, etc.Do not assist with bedside bronchNo EKGsAre RTs Required to be able to Intubate Independently or only to assist?Only assist physicianRespiratory Manager/Supervisor/Lead Therapist?Chad managerShifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling?
