Job Description Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Shift: Night 4x12-Hour
Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Minimum of 2 years required, with 18 months in ICU and Pediatrics preferred.
License: IN state license required.
Certifications: - NBRC RRT required - ACLS - BLS - NRP - PALS
Must-Have: - Extubation, Intubation Assist - Nasal and Oral airway placement - Oropharyngeal suctioning - Sputum specimen collection - Tracheostomy suctioning - ABG interpretation - Drawing arterial blood gases
Description: This position involves working 4x12 hour night shifts.
Types of cases required include adult critical care, pediatrics, and neonates.
Emergency department experience is preferred.
Candidates are accepted for their first travel assignment.
Every fourth weekend is required.
Participants will join the on-call rotation with a maximum of one call shift per week or no more than four shifts in a four-week period.
On-call times are from 5 AM to 7 PM, after which you are free for the remainder of the night.
Floating within scope may be necessary to meet facility needs.
Special skills required include troubleshooting high pressure alarms and weaning from mechanical ventilation.
The unit serves both adults and pediatrics, providing a wide range of patient care.
Daily responsibilities include administering aerosol therapy, suctioning, and assisting with mechanical ventilation.
