Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct initial evaluations and design individualized treatment plans Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs Monitor patient progress, adjust plans of care, and document outcomes Supervise therapy assistants and aides to ensure high standards of care Communicate clearly with referring physicians, patients, and families Comply with clinical, legal, and ethical standards of practice Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives ✅
Requirements
Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current California Physical Therapist license
(or licensure eligible) Valid
CPR certification
(per licensure requirements) Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support patient mobility as needed Positive team-oriented attitude and desire to help others Benefits
