We are a level 2 trauma for adults and pediatrics. We also perform open heart surgeries on adults. We treat patients with all RT therapies to include NIV, high flow, nebulizers, CPT, nitric oxide, Flolan nebulizer to name a few. We have Draeger vents for adults, Servo-I for PICU and NICU. Special Procedures/Unit Details : Trauma experience required2 Years of recent Level 3 or 4 NICU or PICU experience - HARD STOPSkills REQ: Strongly desire someone with all levels of experience Level 3 NICU/PICU/ Adult ICU experience, but must have level 3 NICU/PICU or Adult with strong PICU experience. Special Equipment : Preferred experience with Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Servo I Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO must be included at time of the submission Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year Can only submit to 1 location within the region (PAMC, Seward, Valdez, Saint Elias Specialty Hospital, and Kodiak) Valid State License (Allowed to submit with a pending license, takes 10-12 weeks) Mile Radius Rule Applies ( must be 50 miles from facility) References Required No Locals Accepted Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals near by Copy of Certifications Specific Charting Exp. (Epic) Return Staff Policy: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler. Travelers can only work for a maximum of 1 calendar year in their assignment. Travelers are then required to take a minimum of a 6-month break before returning for another traveler assignment at the same facility. Facility only accepts Hep B vaccines and will not take titers or declination REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked. This can include Charge RNs / Leads. If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Housing: Please have your traveler look into housing options in the area, as options may be limited Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
