Travel Assess and document wounds, pressure injuries, ulcers (neuropathic, arterial, venous), and ostomies. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans using best-practice wound care modalities. Apply and manage a variety of advanced wound care treatments including:
Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (Wound Vac) Mechanical, enzymatic, autolytic, and sharp debridement Silver products, hydrocolloids, alginates, foams, and hydrogels
Educate patients and staff regarding wound prevention, self-care for ostomies, and catheter management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV therapy, physical therapy, social work, pharmacy, and rapid response teams. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in
Epic
EMR. Adhere to infection prevention protocols and institutional standards of care. Epic experience required. About Nationwide Therapy Group
