OT with 2+ years of experience needed. NM License, BLS and acute care experience required.

Required Qualifications Occupational Therapist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: OT-NM Certifications: BLS-AHA; OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year References: 1 Reference in entire work history
