$20.00 Schedule: 36 hours/week (3x12s) Night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Unit Details: Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Patient ratio: 1:3–4 Position Overview: The PCU RN will provide high-acuity care to post-surgical and medically complex patients requiring close monitoring. The role involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, timely, and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a PCU RN One year of prior travel nursing experience preferred Certifications:

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA only) Cerner EMR experience preferred Active Indiana or Compact RN License About First Connect Health
