Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and supervising tax preparation and review processes Provide expert-level tax compliance and consulting services to diverse clients Mentor and develop junior staff and seniors within the department Serve as a key point of contact for clients, offering proactive advice and fostering long-term relationships Stay current with tax legislation and ensure clients remain in compliance while identifying opportunities for tax savings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field CPA license required 5+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus in tax Strong technical knowledge in federal, state, and local tax regulations Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams and client relationships
