Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will focus on various critical areas of financial management and operations for Barrow Neurological Foundation and its wholly owned subsidiary NeuroTrials, LLC. Reporting to the BNF Finance Manager, responsibilities will include:

daily transactions

budgeting (operating & capital)

financial reporting and analysis

performance monitoring

System accounting team coordination

related financial processes

Important

note

: this position is based on site full time in Phoenix, AZ, and current area residents are strongly preferred. A remote or hybrid arrangement is not possible at this time.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience Required:

3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis or a related field within a complex business environment.

Minimum Education Required:

Bachelors of Science in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related discipline, OR

Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related discipline.

Preferred Experience:

1 year experience in healthcare, philanthropy or grants management.

$33.60 - $48.73 /hour
