$72,072.00 - $74,229.26 Hourly Range:
$34.65 - $35.69 As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in fostering a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Implement physician orders with precision, administer medications, start IVs, and perform various treatments, procedures, and special tests while documenting care as required by policy and regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions effectively. Assess and respond to patients' needs, ensuring high-quality care. Utilize sound nursing judgment to manage patient care decisions confidently. Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring the highest standards are met. Collaborate with the nursing team in developing comprehensive Plans of Care for each patient. Direct and guide ancillary personnel while maintaining nursing standards. Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree). Must possess a current New York State Registered Nurse license. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in a Med-Surg or Progressive Care setting. Exceptional communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
