As a

Recruiter , you’ll play a key role in scaling LILT’s non-technical teams across

GTM (Go-to-Market)

and

G&A (General & Administrative)

functions—including Customer Experience, Production, People Ops, Legal, and Finance. This is a high-impact, high-trust role reporting to the Chief People Officer, where you’ll partner closely with business leaders to find exceptional talent that elevates our mission and culture. This role is based in San Francisco, with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Wed in-office). What You’ll Do

Lead full-cycle recruiting for G&A and GTM roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance

Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers across departments

Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent

Manage a fast-paced req load, delivering against tight timelines without sacrificing candidate experience

Contribute to improving recruiting processes, tools, and reporting—especially as we scale

Represent LILT with warmth, clarity, and mission-alignment in all candidate interactions

About You

You’re a

You bring

previous experience recruiting for G&A and/or GTM roles

at a scaling tech company

You balance

speed and quality , always aiming to exceed expectations

You’re a

strong communicator —able to align with stakeholders and guide candidates through a seamless process

Our founders, Spence and John met at Google working on Google Translate. As researchers at Stanford and Berkeley, they both worked on language technology to make information accessible to everyone. While together at Google, they were amazed to learn that Google Translate wasn’t used for enterprise products and services inside the company.The quality just wasn’t there.
