CONTRACT MUST CONTINUE INTO JAN. EARLIEST END DATE: JAN 3 18-26* Week Assignment Travelers may request standard and/or holiday time off (only one of the three major holidays); however, approval is at the client’s discretion
Will position float between units: No Is on-call required? No Are weekends required? Yes 10 and 11 hour shifts - 7 on 7 off Are block schedules required? Yes What are expected ratios? N/A Special requirements: Position to fill is a 7 day on and 7 day off pharmacist position.
