A law firm seeks an Employment Associate with 3-5 years of employment litigation experience to join its Newark, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have labor experience and excellent academic credentials. Immediate eligibility to practice law in New Jersey is required.
Duties
Represent clients in employment litigation cases. Advise on labor and employment law matters. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Collaborate with team members on complex cases. Requirements
3-5 years of employment litigation experience. Licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Strong academic background. Labor experience preferred. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Bar admission in New Jersey. Skills
Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
