Travel Respiratory Therapist – NICU/PICU/Peds Location:
Riley Hospital for Children Contract Details Shift: 3x12 or 4x12 First-time travelers accepted Start: ASAP IN license and certifications must be in hand at time of submission Requirements Licensure:
Active Indiana State License (Education must be CoARC-accredited and regionally accredited by CHEA) Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP
(NRP required for L&D; can be obtained after offer) , PALS preferred Experience:
Minimum 12 months recent NICU or PICU experience, plus Trauma 1 experience in a children’s hospital within the last year Technical Skills:
Proficient with Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5 ventilators Floating:
May float between NICU, PICU, and Peds, including to IU Health North Hospital Unit Information Home unit will be assigned (NICU, PICU, or Peds) but may change based on facility needs Floating between specialties is required Must be comfortable in high-acuity pediatric and neonatal critical care settings Ideal Candidate Profile Strong critical care background in pediatric and neonatal environments Proven ability to handle multiple high-acuity cases Flexibility to float between units and locations Team player with solid communication skills IN license and required certs (ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP*) must be active at submission. PALS preferred. 12+ months recent NICU or PICU experience and Trauma 1 children’s hospital experience within last year required. . First-time travelers accepted. Floating between NICU, PICU, and Peds (including IU Health North) required. Vent experience: Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5.
