Bilingual ORR Program Director

at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona.

About Canyon State Academy Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180-acre campus surrounded by a football stadium, an athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room, a fully equipped weight room & more), a Farm, student housing for 300+ youth, a Thrift Store, Cafe, and Barbershop open to the community. Staff enjoy free meals on site and a 10% discount at the Thrift Store and Cafe.

Compensation & Perks Pay: $100,000 a year

Role and Responsibilities The Program Director oversees the quality delivery of treatment, educational, vocational, and health services, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. Responsibilities include managing daily site operations, budgeting, staff development, and serving as a Senior Manager to the Rite of Passage Executive Board. The leader ensures that the organization's Mission and Values are upheld.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or Behavioral Science

Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years’ experience in child welfare administration and child protective services

2 years of program management or director experience in licensed child care

6 years of supervisory and management experience

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Must be licensed

At least 21 years old

Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen (no THC testing), physical, and TB test

Ability to pass child abuse registry check

Schedule 5 days on, 2 days off. Hours are based on program needs and may change.
