Be the Nurse Supervisor You've Always Aspired to Be
Your impactful journey includes:
Assisting in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
Acting as a vital liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or in specific units.
Monitoring and managing staff performance, providing feedback, conducting annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and disciplinary actions.
Engaging in patient care as needed, fostering meaningful relationships by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs.

Qualifications
Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
BLS certification, with ACLS certification to be acquired within one year of starting the position.
CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting eligibility requirements.
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
At least two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or in a lead capacity, overseeing reporting, issue resolution, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
