Rouse Trucking - Domicile: Edison, NJ 08817 | $1,350 - $1,550 per week
Rouse Trucking invites qualified Class A drivers to join our Northeast regional fleet. Our company combines 90+ years of industry leadership with modern equipment and driver-focused policies. We operate 350 trucks across a concentrated territory designed for efficiency and consistent home time.
Regional routes span from the Northeast and Midwest. This strategic territory allows for predictable scheduling while maintaining productive mileage opportunities. All drivers return to their designated domicile every weekend for a guaranteed 2 day reset period.
Compesation and Benefits You will earn $1,350 to $1,550 per week with our sliding pay package. Our industry-leading Minimum Pay Program ensures $1,200 weekly earnings for drivers maintaining professional standards and accepting available freight.
Premium Equipment Equipment standards exceed industry norms. Each 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia includes double-bunk configuration, integrated SiriusXM radio system, 24-inch HD television, full refrigerator, and battery-powered APU for comfort during rest periods. Every truck features a 1,500-watt inverter supporting personal electronics and appliances.
Operational Excellence Operational efficiency drives our freight model. Approximately 50-60% of assignments involve drop and hook operations, minimizing loading delays and maximizing productive driving time. Average haul distances of 250 miles optimize the balance between mileage earnings and home time frequency. Enhanced earning potential exists for drivers with hazmat endorsements, with qualified loads.
