Bubbas Bunkhouse in Harrisburg, NC is looking for servers to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Looking for an experienced server interested in serving great customers in a laid back country environment with delicious chef driven flavors! Bubba's Bunkhouse is a fun place to meet old friends and make new ones! Serving up Blue Collar Gourmet food; Great drinks, and an even better atmosphere. Southern comfort food with an upscale twist! With multiple events, two full service bars and room for creativity and growth! Responsibilities: Communicate food and drink orders to the kitchen. Keep customers informed about orders, wait time, and their general surroundings. Answer customer questions. Deliver food and drinks to customers, when necessary. Deliver food to all customers at the same time by taking multiple orders at once. Make sure empty glasses are available for service. Take drink orders from customers. Handle customer complaints in a polite and timely manner.
