The duties and responsibilities of the Executive Director will include, but will not be limited to:
Supervise, manage and oversee day-to-day activities and programs offered by contracted providers, school operation, and Non-Secure Detention (NSD). Supervise and monitor program performance of NSD providers and identify trends/patterns that will help reduce idle time and improve overall quality of service. Meet with contracted agencies monthly to support programming across CTH and NSD and develop relationships with community stakeholders. Identify gaps in facility programming, and work with providers to identify ways to close those gaps. Work with the Division of Policy, Planning and Measurement (DPPM) to identify corrective action plans, and heighten monitoring of programming in the facilities. Collaborate with the Case Management team and agency staff to identify programs available for youth in the facility and community (aftercare). Partner with NSD and CTH home providers to find programs, and/or activities that are good fit for youth in their care. Identify deliverables and objectives for programs implemented.
