Job Summary: SchoolAI is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for students and their supporters. The Product Manager for User Growth & Adoption will set the vision and strategy for growth initiatives, driving measurable impact on conversion, adoption, and retention through customer insights and product improvements. Responsibilities: • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities by synthesizing diverse inputs—customer feedback, market trends, internal data—and filtering them through risk, uncertainty, and impact lenses. • Own the full product lifecycle: from ideation and customer discovery to development, launch, and growth. • Align product vision with market realities and company goals, always anticipating risks and unknowns. • Make fast, high-quality decisions using just-in-time definitions and work decomposition. • Prioritize eliminating risks and resolving unknowns early to accelerate delivery. • Gather and quantify customer feedback from multiple sources. • Conduct targeted customer discovery to validate assumptions and shape the product roadmap. • Define and monitor growth-critical metrics (retention, activation, engagement, revenue attribution). • Use advanced retention frameworks (bracketed, n-day, unbounded) to continuously improve product performance. • Develop diagnostic frameworks that enable fast, high-quality decisions across multiple product streams. Qualifications: Required: • 6–7+ years of relevant experience in Growth Product Management, with a track record of delivering high-impact product launches and measurable growth outcomes. • Skilled at balancing qualitative and quantitative data in decision-making; adept at using prioritization frameworks (Kano, RICE, dollar voting) and risk decomposition models. • Proven ability to align diverse teams around a clear product vision while confidently exercising decision authority. • Understanding of AI fundamentals (pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, inference, data structures, deep learning basics) and a vision for AI agents in education. • Deep understanding of discovery processes and how to balance user feedback with broader market signals. • Comfortable with ambiguity; thrives in environments that require fast pivots and continuous learning. Preferred: • Passion for experimentation and rapid iteration, turning uncertainty into insight. • Track record of owning outcomes from concept to delivery. • Moves quickly and decisively, balancing craft, speed, and measurable results. • Sees the connections between decisions, metrics, and long-term outcomes.
