HR Generalist - Benefit Administration

to join our team to support a variety of human resources functions, with a strong emphasis on administering employee health benefits. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position is between

90K to $110K annual salary , based on experience. This position is also eligible for the following benefits: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid holidays Paid time off Professional development assistance Key Responsibilities: Assist with general HR tasks such recruitment and hiring, employee record management, employee relations, leave of absences, and more Administer and manage all employee health benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, resolving issues with a high level of service and accuracy Coordinate annual open enrollment processes, including system setup, employee communication, and vendor collaboration Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and other applicable federal and state regulations Maintain accurate benefits records in HRIS and prepare reports as needed Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes including benefits orientation and termination of coverage Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate deductions and timely processing Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: A minimum of four years of experience in benefit administration Familiarity with benefit programs such as health insurance and leave management Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paylocity) for employee and benefits enrollment Understanding of COBRA, FMLA, ACA, and other compliance requirements High level of integrity and the ability to keep information confidential Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred #IND1
