Job Description Job Description PE Backed Medical Device Manufacturer Industry Venture Capital Private Equity The Chief Financial Officer has / is : Seasoned CFO with experience working in PE-backed businesses with revenues of over $500m. Commercially minded and KPI-driven, with a firm grip on the business levers to drive top and bottom-line growth Successful track record of business transformation in multi-site manufacturing organizations and creating significant shareholder value through organic and inorganic growth Experience working with precision manufacturing and / or precious metal manufacturing would be advantageous Proven track record of creating a high performing finance function : establishing systems; setting ambitious goals, KPIs and performance metrics; attracting and retaining strong finance talent and creating high performing teams Commercially minded and KPI-driven, with an ability to assess, prioritize and interpret the numbers in a commercial manner and communicate analysis and recommendations to the Board and the business Culturally sensitive with a track record of managing teams across multiple geographies in businesses with a global customer base. Understands the nuances of working with different cultures. Demonstrable success in a PE-backed company, bringing an understanding of the PE deal cycle, pace and value creation agenda (i.e. focus on cash and EBITDA; detailed management and board reporting; drive to exit; management of leverage; focus on margin / profitability ; cost control; forecasting). Exit experience preferred Commercially minded and KPI-driven, with a firm grasp on the business levers to drive top and bottom-line growth.
