Our client, a global leader in aerospace and defense technology, is actively hiring an NOC Technician in Annapolis, MD! This will be supporting the evening shift, 3:00 PM -11:30 PM This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits offered! As an
Incident Manager ,
you’ll support the Tier 2 CAS Network Operations Center (NOC), monitoring network systems, engaging telecom providers, and ensuring the restoration of critical services.
You’ll work on-site at the Annapolis, MD facility and train
across Transport, DataLink, and Applications functions. Responsibilities: Monitor network and communication systems, engaging telecom providers to restore services quickly. Document and update incident information
accurately and promptly in the incident management tool. Diagnose and resolve network and system issues within scope,
escalating complex problems as needed. Collaborate with teams across Transport, DataLink, and Applications to support customer and business unit needs. Requirements: Network+ certification Knowledge
of TCP/IP networking protocols Experience working with
Cisco devices Understanding of
ITIL/ITSM principles Experience with
