Job Summary: Enova International is a leading financial technology company that provides online financial services through their AI and machine learning-powered platform. They are seeking a Data Scientist to develop and enhance models for lending criteria and verification procedures, conduct analysis for risk management, and effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: • Develop, enhance and test models for determining lending criteria and verification procedures. • Conduct ad hoc analysis using statistical and financial tools for risk management, marketing, and operational strategies. • Interpret and organize data and communicate it effectively to cross-functional teams to solve business problems, provide requirements and support implementation. Qualifications: Required: • 3+ years of experience in Analytics or related field • Advanced programming skills and the ability to write customized programs for meaningful data analysis (Python, R) • Experience working with relational databases, such as SQL • Knowledge of statistical/econometric modeling • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience Company: Enova provides reliable, real-time financial options for people facing immediate cash demands.
