Assistant Manager (Marketing Communications & Brand Management)

Responsibilities Assist in developing and take the lead in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Oversee content creation for both digital and offline platforms. Plan and manage regional marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches to strengthen brand presence. Liaise with vendors and agencies to ensure successful delivery of marketing activities. Track and analyze marketing performance data, providing insights and reports on campaign results. Manage and update the company’s website and social media channels in line with brand standards. Monitor and control marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Lead internal communication initiatives to promote employee engagement and brand advocacy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field. 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the analytical instruments industry (scientific, environmental, semiconductor, or automotive sectors). Proven ability to plan and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns. Proficient in CMS and CRM systems, with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
