We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Bethesda-based professional services firm who will report to a BroadPoint Federal Program Manager. He or she will be an integral part of a team responsible for operations, development, implementation, integration, maintenance, including software updates, configuration management, program management, transition, and support efforts. The individual selected must be responsible, results-oriented, with a passion for detail and achievement. He or she should be an innovative thinker, consistently seeking new solutions to business challenges. The Oracle EBS Developer is responsible for designing and developing RICE-W in the Oracle Federal Financial modules. Support all technical activities and follow processes aligned with CMMI Level 3. Responsibilities Implement Oracle Financials Applications including user requirement study, analysis, solution design, development, implementation, setup, testing, customization, upgrades, maintenance, and production support. Meet with clients and manage analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules. Design and develop RICE-W in the Oracle Federal Financial modules. Prepare design alternatives and specifications. Support and execute all technical activities in compliance with CMMI Level 3. Produce quality work products and deliverables on schedule. Research and address client inquiries and emerging issues.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in Oracle Financials R12 / R11 and Oracle databases. Strong skills in PL / SQL, Reports, Forms, BI Publisher, Alerts, and Workflow development (customizations and extensions). Ability to support Oracle Federal Financial modules including INV, OM, AP, AR, GL, PO, and FedAdmin. Monitor and support production data interfaces between Oracle Federal Financials and external federal systems related to travel, contracts, and procurement. Experience with EDI interfaces using X12 standards. Strong knowledge of OA Framework development. Experience with shell / Perl scripting. Knowledge of Control M. Perform technical analysis of patches and open SRs with the product owner. Perform impact analysis of vendor product updates. Develop interfaces and conversion routines. Provide operational support for Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financial Modules daily. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users. Excellent communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Highly Desirable

Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM. Education: 4-year college degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related field; Masters degree preferred. 4 to 6 years of relevant ERP system development experience in Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud. Proven track record in system implementation for Supply Chain Modules (MSCA / WMS) and related modules. 4-6 full lifecycle implementations in the above modules.
