Job Details / Responsibilities
Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of .NET and cloud-based applications Build and consume APIs; design distributed software systems Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, analysts, and stakeholders Apply modern software architecture, microservices, and DevOps practices Work on multiple projects, troubleshoot complex problems, and drive innovative solutions Mentor and lead developer teams, including remote/offshore members Ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, and secure in cloud environments (Azure / AWS) Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to SDLC best practices
Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience 5+ years in hands-on software development and full SDLC Strong .NET / C# expertise Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS a plus) Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) Experience leading development teams, including remote/offshore Agile/Scrum experience Optional Insurance industry or insurance software development experience
