Focus on the Family is seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to serve as our next Vice President of Mass Fundraising & Digital Channels. This is a unique opportunity to unify direct response fundraising with their growing digital ecosystem: connecting donor engagement, content strategy, and digital marketing to mobilize millions of households toward our mission. As they scale for future impact, this leader will be a strategic bridge builder between data and storytelling, performance marketing and discipleship, donor retention and evangelistic outreach. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of faith, innovation, and generosity. The VP of Mass Fundraising & Digital Channels position exists to oversee strategic leadership and direction for the successful execution of all Digital and CRM strategic plans. This will result in the overall growth and improvement in the effectiveness and breadth of the ministry’s outreach to existing and target constituents. The health, through retention and increase in value (size and gift size) of the Donor File – with an emphasis on growing and retaining our monthly sustainer file – is the primary measure of success of this position. Digital strategic leadership is accomplished through a “constituent first” implementation of the digital platforms and technologies and using strategic digital expertise to help content producers optimize their material for the digital platforms they are utilizing. A great match for this position would be: Strategic Team Leader : You’ve built and led high-performing, cross-functional teams across marketing and fundraising. You can coach, cast vision, and create clarity. Digital Integration for Longevity : You see how content, data, donor behavior, and digital infrastructure all influence one another. You are able to balance long-term and short-term priorities with a view towards fundraising for organizational stability. Strategic + Analytical : You’re equally comfortable setting high-level strategy as you are digging into campaign performance, tech stack limitations, or creative direction. Mission-Driven Leader:

You’re motivated by impact, not just metrics. While you love testing, segmenting, and scaling, you never lose sight of the heart behind the message or the soul behind the screen. Bold but Humble:

You lead with active listening and bring strong opinions that are held loosely. You know how to honor legacy while charting a path forward.
