The selectee will be part of a small team at a U.S. Navy lab supporting development efforts, including integration, lab testing, and formal test and evaluation (T&E)/field testing for a Program Manager Warfare/Acquisition (PMW/A) 170 Program of Record (POR). Specific Tasks and Duties Report regularly to the DT&E government Lead on test activity status. Review and comment on program test strategies and related documentation, such as TEMP, TES, MTS, and charters; experience with these documents is a plus. Develop and facilitate T&E deliverables including test plans, procedures, reports, and TRR artifacts, as well as briefs, agendas, minutes, schedules, and daily test statuses. Lead/support test planning, execution, and reporting at various locations, including data collection and analysis. Coordinate T&E Working-level Integrated Product Team (WIPT) meetings and other group meetings, including logistics for classified and unclassified spaces. Collaborate with other program disciplines and labs to incorporate interdependencies into test planning. Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders such as Operational Test Agencies, JITC, OPNAV N94, PEO C4I, Fleet, and vendors. Coordinate resources for test events with fleet schedulers, labs, and operational sites. Perform data collection using lab equipment like oscilloscopes, BERTs, and network analyzers. Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and fabrication as needed. Lead and participate in meetings, develop briefings, agendas, minutes, and distribute relevant materials. Be innovative and adaptable to meet customer requirements.
Required Experience 15 years of T&E experience, especially with system developmental test events. Knowledge of DoD and Navy T&E and acquisition processes, including JCIDS. Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong communication, organizational, and autonomous work skills. Ability to coordinate effectively within Navy and with external agencies. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for test events. U.S. Citizen with SECRET clearance, able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
Desired Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field. Experience with RF SATCOM communications. Over 10 years of Navy T&E experience. Background in Model-Based Systems Engineering, statistical analysis, and test automation. Familiarity with MTA, Cyber Security, Systems Engineering, Logistics, and Agile development. Proficiency with additional Microsoft tools like Visio, Project, and Teams.

Pay range: $132,466 - $157,757 Benefits
